Running a Takeoff Server

Whilst Takeoff is primarily designed to be deployed on Kubernetes, for smaller use cases or testing a single Docker container often suffices. This section runs through the process of launching a Takeoff container on a local instance, with the concepts covered also being applicable to larger deployments.
